VACATION: I am going on vacation, folks, so blogging, which is always very light, will be even lighter. I will not be gone very long, but when I return from the wilds of deepest Pennsylvania I expect to see news of a major new Pentagon weapons program designed to intercept rockets fired from intercontinental Iraqi ballistic donkeys.
